I take great pride in offering great service to customers and truly hope that my customer is satisfied. If there is any reason that you, as a customer, are not completely satisfied, please do not hesitate to contact me. I will do my best to clear up any problems.
All items purchased must be done through Etsy approved methods. Please understand that I will not purchase any supplies or start a custom order until I receive full payment.
If you are asking me to reserve an item for you, I must receive payment for that item listing before I mail it to you.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
I try to ship items 2-3 days after receiving payment. I keep my shop open while I am on vacation, so if you purchase an item while I am away, please allow for extra time to ship. Shipment charge includes a tracking/confirmation number which I give to the customer upon request. If you request gift wrapping (a free service) most packages will come wrapped in brown paper and tied up with string. I also reuse shipping materials, my effort to stay green!
Once an item leaves my hands it is the full responsibility of the Postal Service to get it delivered to you. I cannot be held responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by the post office and will not refund the shipping fee or the cost of the item in these cases. Please also remember that most transit time estimates are just that--estimates. There are no guarantees.
All sales are final for customized items and all other items unless there is a physical problem with the order upon delivery. So be sure to be specific about your expectations for customized work. I try my best to describe listings with as much detail as necessary.
If the product was damaged during transit, unless you specifically asked for insurance on the item, I cannot be held responsible for the damage and will not issue a refund. I put extra care into packaging so I do not anticipate any issues here.
